Hon. Mr. Justice Martin Musaluke is a Judge of the Constitutional Court. He was appointed to the Constitutional Court on 13th November, 2017. Justice Musaluke holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Cumbria in the United Kingdom. He was admitted to the bar in 1994.
Justice Musaluke Joined the Judiciary as Judge of the Industrial Relations Court and thereafter served as Judge-in-Charge of the High Court, Industrial Relations Division. Prior to his Appointment as a Judge, Justice Musaluke was Managing Partner at MSK Advocates a law firm specialised in Corporate law and Human Rights litigation from 2002 to 2014. Immediately after being admitted to the bar, he served as a Senior Legal Officer at the Zambia Privatisation Agency (ZPA) from 1995 to 2001. He also served as Vice-President of the Law Association of Zambia from 2011 to 2012 and was Convener of its HIV/AID Committee.
Justice Musaluke is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
