Court Operations

Hon. Exnobert Zulu is the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary.

The Chief Registrar (CR) of the Judiciary coordinates administrative functions under court operations. The Office of the Chief Registrar is directly supported by Registrars from different Court Jurisdictions.

The following are the  Registrars:

   2. Mr. Ikechukwu Iduma – Constitutional Court
   3. Ms. Pamela Masheke – Acting Court of Appeal
   4. Ms. Yvonne Nalomba – Lusaka High Court – Administration
   5. Ms. Katrina Walubita – Industrial Relations Court
   6. Ms. Chongo Musonda – Kitwe High Court
   7. Mrs. Ruth Mbambi Chilembo – Family Division
   8. Ms. Annie Nsama Chisanga – Commercial Court
   9. Mr. Chimuka Mutafela – Acting Registrar-Ndola High Court
   10. Mr. Sangwani Nyimbiri – Acting Registrar – Chambers-Lusaka
   11. Mr. Prince Boniface Mwiinga – Registrar- Subordinate Courts
   12. Mr. Chinkashi Chilingala – Registrar –Local Courts
   13. Mr. Timothy Daka – Acting Registrar

NOTE: The standing of the Registrars in terms of numbering is premised on the
court a particular Registrar serves and not either the date of admission to the
bar or date of appointment as Registrar.
